Inlet Reef 518

Inlet Reef is nearing the end of a a complex, wide waterproofing project. A majority of this project is done and the remaining work is focused on the non beachside portion of the complex on the end units. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris/dust could occur as well. Discounts will not be given for construction-related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.

This two bedroom two bath condo is located on the 5th floor and sleeps 11 with ease.

The nicely decorated condo has an open floor plan that allows for conversation to flow from the kitchen to the living room. The kitchen is spacious and stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The bar area can seat 6. The dining table can accommodate the family thanks to the large bench seating. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV and a queen sleeper.

The guest bedroom has a double on the bottom bunk and a twin on the top bunk. There is a full trundle. The guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and balcony access. The master bathroom has a spacious vanity are and combination tub/shower.

The large balcony allows for partial views of the Gulf on the left.

518 has a full size washer/dryer and internet access as well.

Inlet Reef has beach access, tennis courts, a complex pool, and on-site check-in office.
