Inlet Reef 513

Beginning in late August 2025 until May 2026 Inlet Reef will under go an extensive waterproofing project. This project will consist of balconies being worked on and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris could occur as well. Balconies may be inaccessible as well as views obstructed. Discounts will not be give for construction related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.

The Kitchen is large, open, and has a plethora of counter space. There are also all the full size stainless steel appliances, and all the pots, pans, silverware, and dishware needed to prepare your favorite meal.

The Dining Area has a table set for four and bar seating for three guests.

The Living Room has a flat screen HDTV, a large plus sectional, views of the Gulf, and balcony access. There is a Queen sized sofa in the seating area next to the kitchen and washer/dryer.

The Guest Bedroom has a Twin trundle bed and a Queen sized bed and a flat screen HDTV. The Guest Bathroom has a granite encased vanity and a bathtub/shower combination.

The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, a flat screen HDTV, and balcony access. The Master Bathroom has a separated makeup area with its own vanity, an additional vanity, and a walk in shower.

The hexagonal balcony comes complete with its own wet bar and plenty of outside seating. The balcony offers marvelous views of The Gulf of Mexico, Destin’s Beach, and Inlet Reef’s pool area.

Amenities include a full size washer and dryer, and complimentary high speed wireless internet access. 

Complex amenities include grills, tennis courts, a swimming pool, exercise room, and Men and Women's Saunas.
