Inlet Reef is nearing the end of a a complex, wide waterproofing project. A majority of this project is done and the remaining work is focused on the non beachside portion of the complex on the end units. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris/dust could occur as well. Discounts will not be given for construction-related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.

In the breakfast nook, adjacent to the kitchen, is a sofa that folds out to a Full size Sofa Sleeper. The Washer and Dryer are also in this area. 

The Living Room is home to a love seat, a couch with sofa sleeper, balcony access, a flat-screen HDTV, and a DVD player.

The Master Bedroom has a large King bed, a flat-screen HDTV, a DVD player, and balcony access. The Master Bathroom boasts two vanities and a bathtub/shower combination.

The Guest Bedroom has a queen bed with Flat Screen TV. The guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower.

This condo also comes with complimentary high speed Wi-Fi internet access.
