TO MAKE A RESERVATION: Book online or call toll free 1-800-367-1801, An advance deposit
of $300.00 plus tax is required for each reservation made. The balance of your
stay is payable upon arrival by cash, travelers check, cashier check,
MasterCard, Visa or Discover, to Inlet Reef Club Condominiums. No personal checks
or American Express accepted. Must be age 25 or older for reservations..
CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations must be made 60 days prior to arrival date. A $35.00
cancellation fee will be charged on all cancelled reservations more
than 60 days prior to reservations. Any cancellations made within 60
days of reservation will result in forfeiture of the entire advance
rent deposit of $300.00 plus tax.
REFUNDS:
Will not be given for early departure or late arrivals. Refunds will
be given if the national weather service advises that we are under a
mandatory evacuation. Refunds will not be given to anyone evicted for
misuse of property or violation of any rental policies.
DAMAGE DEPOSITS:
A refundable damage deposit is taken at check-in, in the amount of $300.00. Providing
no damage has been done to unit, the damage deposit will be refunded in the same
form it was given to Inlet Reef Club within 14 days from departure.
KEY AND POOL TAG POLICY:
Unit keys and pool tags will be provided at check-in and must be returned at checkout. A $10.00 fee will be charged for lost keys and pool tags. Unit keys are provided to the adult in the unit. Please make sure your child can access the unit. We do not give keys to locked out children.
PET POLICY:
Absolutely No Pets allowed in the rental units at anytime. Your damage deposit will be forfeited and you will incur additional charges for carpet and upholstery cleaning and flea spray if any evidence of a pet is found in your unit.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Cleaning services are available during your stay for an additional fee. Check
with the office for price and schedule. Linen is for use in your unit only. Please
bring beach towels for your pool and beach needs.
For additional information please call during our regular business hours of 9:00
AM to 5:00 PM CST. We are open Monday through Saturday all year. We are also
open on Sunday March through September. Messages left after hours will be returned
promptly the following business day.
